WE ARE EQUIP HIS BODY...

Hi. We are Rob and Christina Leonard. We have been married since February 21, 2004. We both feel the call of God on our lives, and desire nothing more than to be in the center of God's will doing His work. We have both been through experiences that make us know what it is like to be truly forgiven and restored. Because of our experiences, we desire others to be truly forgiven and restored also. We desire that the body of Christ rise up and become the church that attracts those who do not know God, love them with the unconditional love of God and make disciples. We are convinced that the Lord desires that the church rise up and do the job that we have been commissioned to do. The Bible does not just call pastors or church leaders to be soul winners, it says that there is a part for everyone! Through our Ministry and Technology Consultation, our aim is to be used to help equip your church, and therefore further the Kingdom of God!

ROB'S STORY

I grew up in Upstate New York. I was raised in a home that was not Christian. Early in my life, I was told by some kids raised in Christian homes how terrible I was and how much God disapproved of me because I was an “unbeliever.” One of the church kids went so far as to tell me that God hated me and that I deserved hell. One summer, a friend of mine asked me to go to Vacation Bible School. Although I did not become a Christian during this time, there were many seeds planted and from the time that I heard about the love of God, It haunted me until I surrendered myself to God. Though I had made many mistakes and have some MAJOR sins in my past, I now know that even though I am nowhere near perfect, I have been forgiven and my sins are as far as the east is from the west. I have been forgiven much, and desire that all others come into relationship with Him and experience the love and forgiveness that I have found through Jesus Christ.

CHRISTINA'S STORY

I grew up in several different states. I was raised in a home that was Christian, with many rules and regulations. It was a religion, not a relationship with God. I never measured up, never followed the rules just because they were "The Rules". I questioned why these were the rules, which verses backed them up, did my own research and disputed the rules. I grew up, left home, got married and found “my own” rules. Talk about freedom! This is what the Bible means when it talks about the truth making you free. Also, without freedom, you can't have the abundant life Jesus came to bring you! Of course, along the way, I did make many mistakes. I will never profess to be perfect, even now. But God is into forgiveness and loving prodigals—such as myself—back into His arms. The Bible tells us that as long as we confess our sins, God will forgive us! This is a promise! Because of how I was raised, I feel such a burden to help others living with the invisible yardstick always hanging over their heads, because through God we find freedom!
